A sweet and tangy vinaigrette with no mayo and no high fructose corn syrup. No apples, just apple cider vinegar as the special ‘apple’ ingredient. Just pour desired amount on your coleslaw and chill for a few hours before serving. This can also serve as a salad dressing, veggie dip, or a dressing for a broccoli salad! One of my personal favorite ways to use this dressing is as a marinade for pork and poultry. Marinate in a Ziplock bag overnight and grill the next day for a really sweet, tangy, and juicy dinner.
