We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, most merchandise purchased on-line can be returned within 21 days of the original shipment date.
Please note that we are able to accept items for return if the following criteria are met:
- All returns must be pre-authorized at email@example.com to obtain a return authorization number. You will be emailed a return authorization and instructions.
- We are not responsible for any damages made to the product in shipping or while in the customer's possession, or merchandise that is lost in transit.
- Merchandise must be unused, in its original condition, in the original packaging. All tags must still be attached. Merchandise will be returned to the customer if these criteria are not met.
- Due to health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on body or skin care items or packaged foods.
- All returns must be packed with the original packaging. Include the original packing slip with your return.
- Customers are responsible for expenses associated with returns.

- Once your package is received by us, your item will be inspected and approved (if applicable) for a refund. You will receive a refund email confirming your item. Please allow 2-3 business days for your item to be processed and a refund or exchange to be issued.
- Your original form of payment will be credited once the merchandise is received and approved by us.
- Please note that the following cannot be returned: sale items, customized merchandise, special order items, body or skin care items, packaged foods.
To exchange an item, follow the return policy/process. Then, place a new order for the item you would like. Or, you can call or email us and we will work with you on finding an exchange item. However, due to limited stock, your item may no longer be available, but we will work to help you find another item you love.
