Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

  • $6.95 flat-rate US shipping or FREE on orders over $75!
  • Orders are processed and shipped out within 24-48 hours.
  • We are not responsible for any damages made to the product in shipping or while in the customer's possession, or merchandise that is lost in transit.
  • FREE local pickup is available in Surf City, New Jersey (Choose option at checkout.)

Returns:
We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, reach out to us.

  • All returns must be pre-authorized at hello@thegoodlifeboutique.com to obtain a return authorization number. You will be emailed a return authorization and instructions.
  • Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 14 days of receipt of item. 
  • Returns are eligible for store credit only.
  • Once your package is received by us, your item will be inspected and approved (if applicable) for a refund.  You will receive a refund email confirming your item.  Please allow 2-3 business days for your item to be processed and a refund or exchange to be issued
  • Sale/clearance items are NOT returnable, they are final sale. 
  • Due to health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on body or skin care items or packaged foods.
  • Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility. 

Exchanges

  • To exchange an item, follow the return policy/process.  
  • Then, place a new order for the item you would like.  Or, you can call or email us and we will work with you on finding an exchange item.  However, due to limited stock, your item may no longer be available, but we will work to help you find another item you love. 

Damages

  • Carefully inspect your merchandise when you receive it. 
  • All claims for damages must be filed within 3 business days of delivery. 
  • If the package is damaged when delivered, please take pictures and keep the packaging so a damage claim can be made. Note that the packaging material must be kept in order for us to make a damage claim with the shipper.
