We ship out from our warehouse in Allendale, New Jersey within 24-48 hours from when you place your order! You should typically receive your order within 4-6 business days from the purchase date. We are not responsible for any damages made to the product in shipping or while in the customer's possession, or merchandise that is lost in transit.
Shipping is a $7.95 flat rate, unless your order is over $125 before tax, then your shipping is free!
Carefully inspect your merchandise when you receive it.
All claims for damages must be filed within 3 business days of delivery.
If the package is damaged when delivered, please take pictures and keep the packaging so a damage claim can be made. Note that the packaging material must be kept in order for us to make a damage claim with the shipper.

Christimas/Holiday Items are NOT RETURNABLE.
Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 14 days of receipt of item.
Once your package is received by us, your item will be inspected and approved (if applicable) as a return. You will receive an email confirming the return of your item. Please allow 2-3 business days for your item to be processed and your exchange or refund to be issued
Sale/clearance items are NOT returnable, they are FINAL SALE.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on body or skin care items, jewelry or packaged foods.
Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Then, place a new order for the item you would like. Or, you can call or email us and we will work with you on finding an exchange item. However, due to limited stock, your item may no longer be available, but we will work to help you find another item you love.
