We ship your package from our warehouse in Allendale, New Jersey 24-48 hours after you place your order. You should typically receive your order within 4-6 business days from the purchase date. After you complete checkout you will receive an order confirmation email. Then once we SHIP your order you will receive another email with your shipping confirmation, and tracking information.

Shipping is a $7.95 flat rate or FREE if your order is over $125.
Please inspect your merchandise carefully when you receive it.
All claims for damages must be filed within 3 business days of delivery.
If the package is damaged when delivered, please take pictures and keep the packaging so a damage claim can be made. Note that the packaging material must be kept in order for us to make a damage claim with the shipper.

Thank you so much for ordering from The Good Life. We hope you love your purchase; however, if for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our return policy below.*You have 14 days from the delivery date or in-store purchase to request a return on full-priced merchandise only.
*We only accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in their original condition. Manufacturer's tags must still be attached and not cut off.
*Sale/clearance items are NOT RETURNABLE; they are FINAL SALE. If sale items are returned to us, they will be donated to a local charity and will not be refunded or returned. Note: we do NOT make price adjustments on any past or future orders.
*Christmas and holiday items are NOT RETURNABLE.
*We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on body or skin care items, jewelry, or packaged foods.
*If your return meets the return criteria above, please reach out to us at hello@thegoodlifeboutique.com for your pre-authorization. We will provide the return instructions once we confirm your items are eligible for return.
*Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
*Once we receive your package, your item will be inspected and approved (if applicable) as a return.
*Refunds are processed to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirming we have received your item and that The Good Life has refunded your purchase.
*Please allow 4-6 business days for your item to be processed and for your refund to be issued back to the card initially used for the purchase.

To exchange an item, follow the return policy/process.
Then, place a new order for the item you would like. Or, you can call or email us and we will work with you on finding an exchange item. Unfortunately, due to limited stock, your item may no longer be available, but we will work to help you find another item you love.
